At AMG, Inc., we offer laser cutting and engraving services using the latest technology and equipment. Our laser machine is capable of producing precise, intricate cuts and designs in a variety of metals. We are also equipped with advanced software that allows us to create highly detailed and intricate design, while incorporating customer-supplied files.

Our team of experienced operators has years of experience working with laser machines. We use our expertise to ensure that every part we produce meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

Our Laser Cutting Equipment

We use the Trumpf TruLaser 3030 5000-Watt 60x120 3 Axis w/Pallet Changer. This Co2 laser from TRUMPF creates extremely smooth cutting edges which generally do not require post-processing. The parts are free of burrs, even with thick stainless steel.

Our laser works on a variety of shapes and materials, including tubes, profiles, thick mild steel, thick stainless steel, and more. We are able to cut unusual or challenging parts to a high-quality standard.
