• Greg Morris
  President

  Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University. He began his career with Siemens Automotive in Newport News, VA, then joined Galileo Electro Optics in Lynchburg, VA as a manufacturing engineer, where he was promoted to Manufacturing Manager in 1992. Greg joined AMG in 1995 in a sales role, was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1999, and has served as President since 2004.

• Jon Hannell
  VP, Director of Business Development

  Jon has been with AMG since 1987. He earned a degree in Machine Tool Technology from CVCC and began his career as a journeyman machinist, a role he held until 1998. He then transitioned into sales and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2004.

• Eron Murphy
  Director of Finance

  Eron earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Lynchburg College. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with One Valley Bank in Charleston, WV, then joined BB&T’s Management Development Program in Winston-Salem, NC, where he became a Business Banker. He was a co-founder of M4 Manufacturing which AMG acquired in December 2016.

• Steve Ferrell
  Director of Quality

  Steve is a journeyman machinist who began his career at Transworld Connections in Lynchburg, VA, where he supervised injection mold making and molding operations. He joined AMG in 2001 as a machinist and was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager in 2003, overseeing product quality and supporting the company’s ISO certification. In 2013, Steve led AMG to achieve AS9100 certification, later expanding its scope to include the Roanoke location in 2021 and the Cohen Place facility in 2024. He was named Director of Quality in 2025.

• Tina Brightwell
  Director of Human Resources

  Tina obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University. Tina has over 25 years of Human Resource Management experience. She has spent time in various Human Resource roles in banking, manufacturing, and the healthcare industries. Tina is,SHRM-CP certified.

• Tyler Morris
  Sales

  Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and an MBA from Liberty University. Prior to joining AMG in 2023, he worked as a mechanical design and process engineer in Lynchburg, VA, gaining over a decade of manufacturing and engineering experience. He now leverages his technical background to support customers and deliver effective solutions.
